Refund Policy

The promise

14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If Crispdown Pro isn't what you expected — for any reason, or no reason — you get a full refund. You don't need to explain, troubleshoot, or convince anyone.

How to get a refund

1. Within 14 days of purchase, either reply to your license email, or email support@592059.xyz.
2. Include your order number if you have it (it's in your receipt and license email — it looks like a Paddle order/transaction ID). If you can't find it, the email address you used at checkout is enough.
3. That's it. I'll confirm within 24 hours and issue the refund in full.

How the money comes back

All purchases are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record, so the refund is issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Once issued, it typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. The statement entry will reference PADDLE.COM, matching the original charge.

What happens to the license

When a purchase is refunded, its license key is revoked and will stop being accepted in a future extension update. Please stop using Pro features after a refund — the free viewer remains yours forever, of course.

The fine print (kept honest)

• The 14-day window starts on the purchase date shown on your Paddle receipt.
• Refunds outside the 14-day window are not guaranteed, but write to me anyway — if something is genuinely broken for you, I'd rather make it right.
• If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy; this guarantee is in addition to them, not instead of them.
• Chargebacks: please contact me first — a refund from me is faster than a dispute, and disputed orders have their license revoked just like refunds.
